In a close game, Sioux Falls Flyers GJV was superior against Oahe Capitals GJV 5 - 3 at Sioux Falls-Expo on Sunday. Sioux Falls Flyers GJV outscored Oahe Capitals GJV three to one to take the lead at the end of the first period. Sioux Falls Flyers GJV added one unanswered goal in the second period and held on to its lead. In the last period Oahe Capitals GJV outscored their opponents however Sioux Falls Flyers GJV kept its lead, and won the game.

Having a great day, Hanna Mutschelknaus made two goals for Sioux Falls Flyers GJV as well as two assists. During the first period, with 10:43 left Mutschelknaus lit the lamp.
